Our activities and competences
Visitor management
We organize and coordinate visits from prospective collaboration partners to foster scientific exchange and identify opportunities for future cooperation. From developing tailored visit programs and connecting guests with the relevant scientific teams to organizing scientific lectures, we ensure that each visit provides a valuable platform for sharing expertise, discussing new ideas, and laying the foundation for successful collaborations.
Seminars
As part of our visitor management activities, we organize TRON’s internal Seminars in Translational Science (SITO), inviting external scientists to share their latest research and expertise with the TRON community. From coordinating the speakers and their visits to organizing the lectures, we ensure that each seminar provides a valuable platform for scientific exchange. To reach the wider scientific community in Mainz, upcoming SITO lectures are also promoted through our local partner institutions under the umbrella of the Mainz Seminars in Translational Science (MASIT).
Event management
In close collaboration with our scientific teams, we organize internal scientific events such as TRON’s annual Science Days. These events provide opportunities to share knowledge, present current research, and strengthen scientific exchange across the organization. Beyond these recurring formats, we provide flexible organizational support for further scientific events as needed.
