A digital kick-off event will be held on October 19th, 2021, from 5pm to 7pm to introduce the curATime cluster concept and core partners. There will also be an opportunity for an initial exchange of ideas and networking. Participation in the event is open to all interested parties.

The joint cluster application of TRON, Mainz University Medical Center and the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) has made it to the finalists of the second selection round of the “Clusters4Future” initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The application now enters the six-month conception phase.
In curATime, the Cluster for Atherothrombosis and Individualized Medicine, artificial intelligence-driven biomarker research is to be combined with immunological solution approaches in order to develop individually targeted treatment and prevention concepts for cardiovascular diseases and to transfer them into clinical application. The aim of the cluster is to develop customized treatment and prevention concepts for cardiovascular diseases and their clinical application. Biomarker profiles and risk factors are developed by means of individualized and subgroup-specific approaches.
