TRON at Life Sciences Career Day

Mainz, Germany, June 26, 2014 – On July 4, the Institute for Molecular Biology (IMB) will host a Career Day for undergraduates, PhD students and postdocs interested in career options in the life sciences industry. As part of the career fair, TRON project manager Dr. Goran Martic will give a talk on the unique professional requirements posed by translational biopharmaceutical research.

The event will feature talks by a range of industry personnel from companies such as AbbVie pharma, Boehringer Ingelheim, Paul Ehrlich Institute and Indivumed.
There will also be workshops providing training in job hunting and interview techniques. The accompanying company fair will give participants the opportunity to network and learn about the many different career options for young scientists with life science training. TRON will be present with a booth to inform about job and career opportunities at TRON.
