TRON poster session showcases scope of research projects

Mainz, March 5, 2014 – On February 27, all 13 TRON doctoral students participated in the annual TRON Poster Session, presenting their research to members of the TRON institute.

The dedicated poster session showcased the recent work of junior TRON researchers in the fields of RNA-based tumor vaccine, personalized anti-tumoral immunotherapy, protein engineering, tumor immunology, bioinformatics and systems biology, next generation sequencing, adoptive T-cell therapy, biomarker characterization, pre-clinical tumor models, vial gene transfer and vaccine design systems.

The poster session is part of the TRON doctoral candidate program and provides a platform for junior scientists of TRON and the University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
